10:30-13:00 Morning Bliss
Pranayama, Asana and Meditation in a peaceful open yogashala that stimulates our senses and allows us to reconnect with ourselves. A time to listen and to feel who we truly are.
The asana practice is dynamic, nourishing and balancing.
Stay here in the woods, there’s a lovely fireplace outside the shala with chairs and tables.
Bring your own food or receive a healthy lunch for an additional prize of CHF 30.-
The venue invites for a balancing hike in the woods along the stream.
15:30-17:30 Yin Yoga and Sound Bath
Dive deep into a healing and relaxing yin practice with extended shavasana. Sounds and frequencies of healing instruments like singing bowls, monochord, wind chime, harmonium and rainbow pipe will allow you to calm down your nervous system and recharge your soul.
I recommend warm and comfy clothes.

I recommend using public transport or leaving the car in the parking space (cementary Meilen) close to the area (5-minute-walk). Parking on site is not allowed.
