Our journey together begins with a sacred cacao ceremony, an ancient ritual that invites us to open our hearts and attune to the vibrant pulse of the natural world around us. As we sip the rich, velvety elixir, we’ll set our intentions, grounding ourselves in love and presence.

Next, we’ll explore the depths of authentic connection through guided relating practices. Here, in the safe haven of our circle, you’ll discover new ways to connect with yourself and others, fostering genuine bonds that nourish the spirit.

Our extended yoga practice will be a dance of breath and movement, a flow that mirrors the grace and strength of the forest. With each pose, you’ll feel the earth beneath you, the sky above, and the energy of the trees surrounding you.

We’ll conclude our day with a transcendent sound bath, where the gentle hum of the forest mingles with the healing tones of crystal bowls and other instruments. As the vibrations wash over you, you’ll feel a deep sense of peace, integration, and unity with all that surrounds you.
