Please join Alan Steinborn and Miquel Sanagustin Llousas for a gong and cocoa celebration of the summer.

We are very excited to offer this special session. It will be the first gong bath offered by Alan Steinborn outside since he has been in Switzerland.

First Miquel will lead us in a cacao ceremony. This ceremony will be a bridge between the cacao, the ancient heart opening fruit and your inner processes and intentions in the context of a loving group. This ceremony offers us a pause to calm down, to reflect, and to reconnect with how we feel and what we want.

Imagine then the combination of a cacao ceremony with a gong bath.

We will then go on a musical meditative journey with a 1 hour gong bath. This session will take us into a deep space of presence, rejuvenation and joyful sensitivity.

When it concludes we naturally transition into 1/2 hour of golden silence. This will be extra special, because of the outdoor environment. Beautiful.
