We know the power that breathwork, yoga, art, and nutritious food hold for improving your presence, mindfulness, and overall wellbeing. That is why we create this and other events to make these practices more accessible to everyone.
We will create a space where you can learn and play with these tools and connect over them so we can take them home into our daily lives.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
BREATHE
We open our event with a grounding session of yoga to bring us into alignment with our physical being, using the breath as a means of finding equilibrium within our bodies and minds. Through this session, Anastassia will guide you towards tapping into your own creative energy.
CREATE
Our creativity is what defines us as human beings, it is the life-force energy that flows through each and every one of us. Art is a powerful and playful medium to express our creativity, and our intention is to lead a workshop where each individual gets to discover and explore their inner artist through experimentation of materials and playful collaboration. Artists Slade and Laura will be guiding you through this journey, creating the space for you to express your own unique creative spark.
TASTE
Food is way to connect and commune with others, through nourishment of the body and the sensory pleasure of taste! Alongside our creative workshop, we will be treated to delicious apero of plant-based delights and alcohol-free cocktails by Food Fairy Laura.
