Join us for an intentional afternoon beneath the whispers of nature, where the heart-opening medicine of cacao will guide you on a journey of connection and reflection. At the oasis, Yoga Scheune, we open up space and time to be, connect to our hearts and regulate our nervous system during the tumultuous eclipse season.

The way we enter sacred space is the way we leave. After we open the space, we will receive the medicine of cacao through a guided meditation, following cosmic insights for the current times including the upcoming eclipse. You’ll engage in journaling that will guide you to reflect upon the season ahead. An earth-based ritual and sound healing will round off the experience, each element designed to cultivate presence and awareness, and to connect you deeply with your inner selves.

This experience embodies the essence of an “apapacho,” a beautiful word in Spanish that means to be gently embraced and showered with love. Apapacho represents the nurturing and supportive act of wrapping ourselves in love and comfort, just as we will do during this cozy afternoon dedicated to self-love.
